The staff was courteous and incredible and the place was fairly clean. The setting was quite perfect and incredible within easy reach of a movie theater. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

Well appointed and clean hotel with thoughtful and respectful staff from the door man to the general manager. The rooms with less attractive view. Very nice boutique building, excellent and amazing location just next door to great Restaurants that have been shown on TV programs and the historic centre of Boston. Also, on the Commonwealth Avenue mall near Boston's famed Public Gardens.

The Eliot is a cozy gem nestled in Back Bay, where the staff are so cute they could sell tickets to a comedy show! The room was spacious and clean, especially with the plush bedding that practically begged for a nap. Plus, the location was ideal-just steps away from iconic places like Fenway Park and Newbury Street.

Very comfortable rooms and very nicely decorated, in a warm, personal style rather than ultra-modern, standar hotel decoration. Location is very convenient, restaurants, shops and tourist attraction within walking distance. Nice and serviceable people.

Cozy spot near everything!
The room was super comfy and the view was very nice. Shoutout to Manny for getting us our ride like a boss. And the bathroom felt a bit cramped with the big sink, not gonna lie. Oh, and I heard the in-house restaurant is legit good. Would stay again for sure!

The warm welcome from the staff. The upgrade to a beautiful room was a good surprise, alongside really good dinner service at the restaurant. No useful resolution was offered regarding a damaged coat I experienced after check-out.

Good size room with comfortable bedding & furniture. Guest bar prices were fair particularly for families.
Bathroom was very small for the size of the suite. Staff were unable to help us to find a local laundry or a walk in medical clinic which we needed. The in room internet facility was also unreliable.

Very comfortable room (we had a suite because the hotel otherwise was booked) and walking distant for shopping and restaurants. Not cheap but decent american hotels are much more expensive than europe.

great view but loud neighbors
The view of the Charles River was a highlight of our stay. The room's cozy ambiance, complete with upgraded amenities like dual TV sets, made it comfortable to unwind. We appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to downtown shopping and eateries-perfect for exploring the area.
The noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome .
